Located in rural Southwest Wisconsin, Sunrise Orchards, Inc. was established in 1913. Sunrise Orchards are planted on the ridges, high above the Kickapoo Valley, offering panoramic views of the Driftless valley. Sunrise produces at least 21 varieties of apples on 225 acres and up to 150,000 bushels of apples and other products annually.
Webteam collaborated and created an expanded mobile friendly website with an updated design for Sunrise Orchards. New areas have been added to the website such as Online Gift Box Ordering, Blog, expanded Apple Availability page, Video Gallery, and links to their YouTube and Facebook pages. The site offers recipes for all occasions and customizable apple gift boxes are available via online ordering.
The apple season is short but busy! Webteam created several tools on their current website to help them more efficiently post events, market and sell products online, assist with marketing mass emails, and generally let people know about their location and what family friendly activities are available.
Sunrise offers many products for sale in their on location store which are available for online purchase. Many apple related products such as apples, apple cider & caramel apples as well as locally made Amish candies, specialty foods, meats and cheeses, and many freezer items. And don't forget the Apple Gift Boxes! Webteam created an online store to promote their own apple products and the other locally offered items.
Webteam created a number of administrative tools for Sunrise Orchards that allow the website admins to update content on their website via a Content Management System (CMS), update Upcoming Events, compile and manage email lists for marketing purposes, promote their apples and other apple products and manage & sell their products online.
Webteam created an event management tool for them to easily post events and updates, to attract customers to their location. This helps keep the public up to date with whats new at Sunrise Orchards.
